  • Book a Session: When you use the Wix Booking App or link to Halaxy to schedule an appointment, we require basic identifiers such as your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number to confirm the booking and send you the Zoom link.

  • Contact Us: If you use a contact form or email us directly.

 

B. Interactive Tools & Applets (Zero-Data Collection)

Our website features interactive tools.

  • Local Processing: These tools are designed with "Client-Side" technology. This means all calculations happen locally on your own device (computer or phone).

  • No Transmission: The answers you select, and the results generated are never transmitted to our servers, stored in our database, or seen by us.

  • Privacy Guarantee: Once you close the browser tab, that data is completely erased from your screen. We have no record of your scores unless you choose to manually download the PDF and email it to us yourself.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

If you provide contact details via the Booking system, we use this information solely to:

  • Schedule and manage your appointments.

  • Process payments for international clients (via secure third-party processors like Stripe or PayPal).

  • Send you necessary communication, such as appointment reminders and the secure Zoom link for your session.

  • Wix.com: Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications on secure servers behind a firewall.

  • Halaxy: For Australian patients booking under Medicare, your data is processed by Halaxy, a secure practice management software compliant with Australian health data regulations.

  • Zoom: Our group sessions are conducted via Zoom. We utilize security features (such as waiting rooms) to protect the session privacy.

 

4. Cookies and Usage Data

Like most websites, our host (Wix) uses cookies to ensure the website functions securely and efficiently. These are small text files placed on your device to help the site load faster and prevent security threats.
